my wife is not giving me divorce and she is continuously harrising me ,my giving threats and using abusing language on the phone ,she is not calling by her number ,sometimes she call from fake numbers and some times from different different pco. Our divorce case is already running in the court and judgemet is going to be announced soon in aprail.But in this case i am not getting divorce as my wife was not able to proof her allegation on me.i am totally fed up of her and this court proceedings her mother father are not able to convienced there daughter for mcd.She is egoistic girl and every time she calls me and always use to say that she will ruien my life like this for years and she will destroy my image and everything i have.Point is that she is also not having any kind of demand also ,neither money neither anything else.I a stuck in this hell some time i feel to to just leave this place and to sleep forever .i am going through a tough phase ,please some body can help me that wahta to do

Record the same and produce it as additional cruelty for getting divorce.
And no one can force other for MCD, sometimes contested divorce is the only way out.

no need to worry about it, I agree with mr. Sonee, You can file an application before the court for speedy justice if the court dismiss your application, you can file in SC for speedy justice.

Shonee & Nadeem! You both must have noticed that the divorce case has been filed by wife and not by author.
Author shall have to file a spearate petition after dismissal of the present one.

A very easy to handle peros as sugested by Sonee Sir. Mind it even judges get irritated of such perosn and you can help judge by bringing such evidence.

The person can set a counter-claim under HMA for divorce in his favor on the grounds of cruelty.
If this case is settled and she had levelled baseless allegations, those allegations can be made cruelty against the original petitioner.

If it is her petition of divorce and if you want your relation off for ever then i wonder why not her petition can be granted ????

Who else will harass you if not wife??
when she file divorce, why r u harassing her and contesting it. Let her win. Don't harass her, and she will be out of your life matter ends , and all your worry also ends.
