Case to remove tenant

(Querist) 14 September 2011 This query is : Resolved
Sir,
My father filled case regarding to remove a tenant in 1996, but decision of court was fiftyfity. Then they again appeal in 2002, but result of court was not satisfying bcz sudden change in result of court due to change in Judge. Can this happen?
Please help.

judge passes a judicious order after going through the case papers and after hearing the parties . it may appear to you that because of change in judge result is not satisfactory . however judge wont passa ny orders unless he has considered all aspects .

remove the apprehension in your mind that you lost because of change in judge

You can still file an appeal if you are not satisfied with the judgment instead of alleging any judge.

Sir,
Thanks for reply.
OK but our first judgement result was fifty fifty, then what is the meaning of that result.
And if tenant will get any right after staying in that property for a particular years.
Thanks.
