i did registered court marriage , my inlaws put a lot of pressure on my parents tomake a ceremonial marriage again for sake of relatives , now they have disinheried my husband . can i or my parents take some legal action against them or can claim

my husband have no rights on the property acquired by his father . he has been thrown out of property legally

If the Properties are u r Father-In-Laws Self Acquired Properties u r In-Law can do what ever he feels like with the Properties,U r Husband has no say in that leave about share.

Neither you nor your husband can take any legal action against your in-laws in this matter.
So far as right in the properties is concerned, if any property in you father-in-law is inherited by him from his father then your husband is also shareholder therein despite of inheritance made by them and if any property is self-acquired then dont think in that direction.
I think this is a challenge for both of you newly married persons to set your life at your own legs. Why to think about the properties or support of your in-laws. Make your own way. This is a God gifted chance for you.
