Sir experts.
I need help from outside.
I need fir copy and also chargesheet copies in police station -can I take through RTI ?

What is your locus standie to the complaint/ FIR / Charge-sheet ?

Under RTI a person may ask for general information about number and details of NCs & FIRs recorded on a certain day at a particular police station, and the PIO of the police station is duty bound to submit requested details within 30 days of the receipt of the RTI application.

Address the Additional spdt of police who is the PIO requesting the copy.It is a public document to be given under RTI. it
