Can a finance company seaze a vechile after the said company has appointed a arbtrator.

If you are defaulted in making the payments of inastalments to finance company then finacer can take in possession of vehicle .

Check the terms of agreement. But if arbitrator is appointed and without interim order for seizure, they can not unless the agreement provides for.
