I had filed an execution petion with district consumer forum which has been rejected on ground of non appearing of complainant.
Please any one help me what action I should take further.

Discuss with your lawyer, change him/her if he/she is not appearing on the date(s) fixed for proceeding and take action against him/her as per law.

Generally Consumer Forum/Commission do not dismiss EP for non-appearance of complainant, please recheck.
