Incomplete information.

Discuss with your lawyer or another local lawyer with case file/plaint.

Generally you should believe in your lawyer. If no belief may change your lawyer.

Document need to be seen, may discuss with your lawyer if the same need to be amended from you.

When you appoint a lawyer to appear, file or proceed the matter before the Ld. court that means you have faith upon him and if any question arise or doubt present on the deliver point or sentences it is better to consult your lawyer and if you have no faith upon your Ld. Counsel than it is better to change for future.

There is no need to believe Advocate in respect of money. Client gives vakalat only to contest the case. There are many frauds by the Advocates are happening in the society. Hence, the client will naturally doubt upon the money to be received by the other side.

Hence, it is better to take the money in the form of cheque/payorder/DD instead of cash. Hence, the client can change the instructions as I said above.

There are Good and Bad in all the Professions. There is BCI to Control the Advocates and any malpractice conducted by Advocates the BCI Or the State Bar Council is there which would Certainly take strong Steps."There Is no need to believe Advocate in respect of money " is an Defamation Statement and that too from a Person who claimed to Served as Junior to Advocates who were elevated as Honorable Judges is not a Pleasant Statement in this Platform.
