In Maharashtra, it signifies temporary Injunction in civil matter but detail fact is bit different

When Plaint is submitted Clerical staff put one paper on Plaint and papers submitted in court

After Court name and court details their is pre-printed 11 no. in serial order and future documents are later exhibited after no. 11

1. Plaint
2. Vakil Patra
3. List of Documents filled by Plaintiff
4. Address Pursis
5. Application for temporary injunction /attachment before judgement filled by the Plaintiff
6. Affidavit in support of Exh 5
7. Affidavit in support of Plaint
8. Application on behalf of Plaintiff under Sec 80 of CPC
9. Caveat
10. Affidavit filed by Plaintiff regarding Caveat
11. Application on behalf of Plaintiff requesting the court to examine the Plaint /application numbered____ urgently examination

Further documents which are submitted to court are marked from Exh. 12
and then Rojnama starts (Day Sheet)

Other states may have different method so this method is only restricted for Maharashtra as per Civil Manual

If Ex. 5 is not submitted then they some time put Nil there

Not exactly sure while typing but I think I saw in some brief such thing .

Some time clerical court staff they too make their own rules from their own mind like govt. clerical staff.

Proper ans. is in Civil Manual but civil manual mostly is used by clerical staff for clerical level rules , Adv. concentrate on Civil Procedure Code.
