Guardianship certificate for Pf claim

Dear learned expertise.
My sister has approached the pf office at bangalore for pf and pension claim of her deceased husband.

After verification they insisted for guardianship certificate since she is a Christian and Christian law insists for it though she is the natural guardian as a mother.

May I kindly request to help us with the procedure and since she is in taluka place should she obtain the guardianship certificate from district judge only or taluka should be fine.

Please guide.

Taluka also have judges who will issue guardian certificate.

Dear learned expertise

Thank you so much for your support and timely guidance on legal matters.

Few days back we have filed a petition to the district court for seeking guardianship certificate to claim the Pf and pension of my sister who lost her husband having two minors

Now the court has passed the order stating that to collect necessary fee and issue guardianship certificate.

We would be thankful to you all to know how court fee will be arrived and its basis.

The pf in the deceased account is 6.4 lakhs. Please guide us in this matter.
