Girl baby custody

Sir,
I have girl child but my wife is not with me she is in her mother's house. I have file a case for reunion in the family court but she is not willing to live with me. my baby is 7 yrs old till now i was not allowed to take her to my home not even once. Do i have the right to take my baby atleast once in a week because her grandparents (my Parents)are very eager to see her. your advice please

Yes.. as being her father you have every right to meet her. And no one can stop you from meeting her.
