Complint against trust

(Querist) 28 June 2016 This query is : Resolved 
I have registered a complaint against NMBA Vashi, a trust, against harassment of my wife on three occasions through their registered email and phone. I am a life member of the trust. They have expressed regret, but I want a written reply which they have not done. Please let me know what I van do for getting justice.
