RECENTLY A COMPLAINT HAS BEEN SUBMITTED IN CJM COURT UNDER 156/3 AGAINST MY FATHER RELATED TO 420. CAN I FILE A CAVEAT IN ALLAHABAD HIGH COURT AGAINST THE SAME?

Mr. Sundeep, mere filing of complaint against your father is not sufficient ground to move caveat in allahabad high court untill any order for summoning has not passed by the concern magistrate and for further details, plz contact directly to the lawyer.
