A PERSON WHO IS JUST STUDYING IN LLB 2ND YEAR BUT HE SHOW HIM AS AN ADVOCATE. HE GIVE HIS VISITING-CARD TO OTHER PERSON.

IS HIS ACT IS OFFENSE OR IRREGULARITY.

1. Simply printing "advocate" on a visiting card is no offence.

2. HOWEVER, "IF" represents or pleads or signs as a "advocate" on a clients behalf (via a vakalatnama) THEN it would be a criminal offence.
