my father made will in my name and noimiee of flat in my name myself son after my dad's death my mother who stayed away from me and father in sisters house 3 sisters dicied not to give Noc and have said their rights and flat to be in mother's name

Did the flat exclusively belong to your father?

Get the will probated and apply on the basis of probate to transfer the share in your name.

If the property is your fathers self earned property and as per the will (if the will is valid), then why you need the consent of the other members in the family?.. just get the will probated and get the title transferred in your name.

the flat owned by dad is under redevelopment from 2012 the new flat with keys to be given on july 2016as the monthly rent was given by builder by ecs in my dads account till dec 2016 myself mywife and my daughter and dad stayed on rent my left for staying with her daughetrs.as the rent was stopped as i had asked my three sisters Noc which they denied to give as mentioned earlier that my dad left a will registered in my name and made me the only nominee of the flat kindly advice how do I get my rent from builder in my name secondly I am told of I probate my will in court it takes one year for judgement and if my sisters have some written documents with sign of dad or some Vedio shootings with them along with dad saying some matter what's my chances in probate
