What is the present position of sec 41A after Repealing and amending Act 2015 which has repealed criminal law amendment act 2005 and 2010

In a case of 498a anticipatory bail has been rejected by high court but police granted Bail u/s 41A. Can police grant bail u/s 41A after Repealing and amending act 2015

The main Act was amended through the Amending Act.
Once the main Act stands amended, the role of the Amending Act gets over. Therefore such Amending Acts stand repealed periodically.
Repealing of the Amending Acts will not take away the amendments that had taken place in the main Act.
