To stop own pension of someone's

Dear all experts,
It is possible to stop pension of someone's who has done corruptions during his service period and get imprison after retirement.

Unless the any order is passed by the duly constituted disciplinary committee pension can not be stopped for past offence and conviction.

Author, if any employee involved in corruption case during his service, his full pension cannot be sanctioned until the case is finalized. Only after finalization of the case full pension will be sanctioned. as per your query if he is getting the pension, it cannot be stopped unless an order passed by the competent authorioty.
