i have taken flat 2011 at kalyan gram panchaytthe cost of the flat 15 lac only 1.60 lac rs balace to pay builder i have only payment receipt with me builder is telling me first u give my 1.60 lac rs then i will do registration kindly guide me what can i do

i hope both of you entered in to sale agreement.. if it so, issue a legal notice with your ready and willingness to pay the balance sale amount and call him to registration..

Ask the builder that you are ready to pay the amount at registration time and in need get a Bank draft prepared and show him as proof of your willingness.

furnish him copy of demand draft . register agreement and hand over DD simultaneously
