Dear Experts, Court may grant bail in case of non bailable offence under section 437 if such person is sick or infirm. Can anybody guide me what are the acceptable illnesses in case of bail in murder cases. And how can infirmity be proved. Thanks

state detailed facts. merely on sickness ground bail cannot be granted in serious crimes by court.

Have U gone through the entire contents of section 437 crpc.Did U find any sentence,wherein the accused can be released or bail granted on medical grounds
