sir,
mere cousin ki shadi 29jan2014 ko hue thi.shadi ke agle din pta chala ki ladki ko mirgi ki bimari hai.during of one week 3-4 atteck bhi aa gye.abhi ladki apne mayke mai hai.
sir kya mera bhai is base per divorce le sakta hai ki ladki ke perents ne bimari chhipa kr shadi karwai...
kindly give me your suggestion as soon as possible.

nahi divorce ek saal tak file nahi kar sakhte . mirgi ki bimari curable hai . divorce ka ground nahi ban sakhta

aap annulment of marriage file kar sakti lyon ki a fact aap se chhupaya gaya tha. agar aapko malum hota to sayad aaap ye saadi hi nehi karein.

humne doctor se consult kiya tha.unhone btaya ki epilepcy ko control kiya ja skta hai par thik nhi ho sakta.future me pregnant hone me pareshani bhi ho sakta hai.attack kabhi bhi aa sakta hai.isliye wo shadi ko continue nhi karna chahta.

sir,abhi tak dono party ne koi bhi kanuni karywahi nhi ki hai,mamla aapsi sehmati se nhi ban pa rha.kya btayenge ki kon si party jyada majbut hai as a law.
ladke wale pehle case kare ladki walo PAR?,agar ladki wale pehle case kar de to jyada paresani ki baat to nhi hogi?
