Hi,
My electricity supply line has been disconnected by my neighboring Village Authority due to some inter-villages disputes. I have been availing the supply for last 20 years without any default in payment of bills. This has been disconnected without any notice or reasons whatsoever from the Electricity Department. What remedy is available to me under the Electricity Act? Can an FIR be lodged under CRPC or any other relevant law.
Kindly do the needful as soon as possible.

You better file a Writ against the Electricity authority to restore your connection.
Since it is a inter-village dispute, FIR would not help your problem.
