proprietorship needs no registration; if you have a shop you need to register under shops and establishment Act relevant to the State concerned!

He will guide you how to get gumasta Licence from Local Body, vat etc, opening Bank account of prop firm .

No need to register prop firm .. OK

sonal, proprietorship does not need any registration under any Act, but if you have any shop, then you have to register under shops n establishment Act only!
