Dear Sir,
As we have taken a business limit of 25 lakhs from State bank of Patiala and continue paying from last 3 years. but due to fall in business we could not pay loan for last six months. so bank sent us the sarfeasi notice u/s 13(2) After that notice we paid 7 lakhs to bank but if after that they sent us the u/s 13(4)notice and published in the newspaper Which is totally against the RBI guidelines. When they sent 13(4) notice our limit was under 25 lakhs. we took our case to DRT and as per DRT order we are paying money but due to bank illegal action we have lost almost 75% of our business. So please guide me what should i do.
Thank You

The case is to be fought on merit. No defamation case lies on the action based on provision of law.
You being defaulter of loan have to face some problem and may be ignominy.

Better pay and close the limit with amicable settlement.

Nothing can be done to recover the loss of business due to action of the bank. Banker was within its right to issue notice which it has done.
Move ahead and try to re-establish your business.
