Vacation in court

I had filed a writ petition in the Bombay high crt which got dismissed on 10 march 2014, which I have to challenge in the supreme crt of india.but somehow I was not well and due to vacation did not get confirmed train ticket for delhi and there are summer vacation from 12 may. so I want to ask is that
1--- IS there any difference of opinion or judgement passed by the vacation bench than the normal working bench.
2---- what is the time limit to challenge the order of the high crt. 60 or 90 days.

Is the new chief justice mr. M Lodha will be available in the vacation. in the supreme crt.

The Time Limit to file Special Leave Petition in Supreme Court in the case of Certificate of Fitness for Appeal in Supreme Court rejected in High Court is 60 days and for others it would be 90 days.About availablities confirm with SC.

There is no difference of opinion in legal terms and nothing can be commented about the availability of CJI during vacation period. The law of time limit has already been told to you.
