Pls let me know , if anybody filled a false complaint against us. So can we fight for that. Or any law for that.

You have to prove that the case is a false case. You can claim damages from that person.

What is false or true in it. when will you be able to establish that this is a false case, only during trial (?), so challenge the case and prove it and then think about further action on it.
