it would depend upon stage of the suit wherein compromise has been arrived at . was evidence led by parties .if suit was filed in HC check HC rules for refund . if evidence not led and compromise arrived at you can get 2/3rd refund of court fees

Upon withdrawal of the suit due to the compromise arrived, atleast half the court fee will be refunded upon a claim made to this effect.

If the compromise is recorded before the Lok Adalat, there could have every possibility to get back the court fees, to some extent.There is a procedure in Andhra Pradesh with regard to similar issue. Any how better to ask your advocate in this regard.

Yes, the court fees can be refunded on compromise as prescribed in Section 89 CPC r/w Section 16 of Court Fees Act and Section 10 of Legal Services Authority Act.
