hello Sir, recently a neighbour(advocate) is so vulgurly abused me in the street.for just saying,that my bike is at middle of the road.but everyone knows that,its not true.its not the first time, that he done like this.
can i file a complaint against him??

He being an Advocate you should very cautiously file the complaint to Police with strong evidences like Recording etc and try to have some good witnesses from common people who could stand by you OR Just ignore him as some.......shouted at you.

If he is in the habit of doing so gather all evidences, audio / CCTV recording, solid witnesses etc. and lodge complaint to police afterwords.
If the complaint found wrong you may have to face suit of defamation etc. After your complaint, counter complaints against you can also be filed from him.

You better lodge complaint with police. Being an advocate is no privilege and he should be taught a lesson for his misdeeds.

Sir,thank you one and all for your respectable suggestions.
Sir,is it necessary that he had to use my name,when he was abusing me?to record it? he just not only abused me my grandparents also. im just going crazy by reminding those words.its so horrible sir.
