Regardind disposal of minor's property.

Under muslim law- 'A' father of a minor 'B' asked the permission of the District court to dispose of the minor's property for his benefit(Educational Expenses),However,court has denied such permission.

1-can he again ask for the permission,if yes,then how?

2- can he move to a higher court against such decision.

3-can permission be asked from 'ADSJ'court?

4-Can he direcly dispose that property?

To file a fresh petition seeking permission quoting the latest position and the developments since the rejection of previous petition on the issue.

2- can he move to a higher court against such decision.

Yes, he can file a revision petition before high court or prefer an appeal.

3-can permission be asked from 'ADSJ'court?

2. any aggrieved person can move to a higher court against such decision.
3.No, since the decision to decline permission is passed by DJ 'A' cannot seek permission from 'ADSJ' court (a lower court)
