Ex party divorce

I am a young man of 40 years of age and have a daughter of 4 years. My wife had deserted me 3 years ago and staying with her parents in Pune. My daughter is also staying with her. She is working in a school and earning a salary of Rs12000/- pm. I stay in Mumbai. When I asked her about divorce she is prepared for mutually consented divorce. She does not want alimony and child maintenance. She has also told me that she would not come to court even once and told me to go ahead for ex party divorce. Is it OK ? and if so, how do I go about it?

in ex-party divorce wife can claim maintenance in future, nobody can restrain her to do that but she can not claim in MCD
