How much time the court takes to pass the order for mutual consent divorce?

Minimum 6 months to infinity depending upon number of factors including behaviour of parties, availability of counsel(s), Court dairy etc.

6 to 7 months in normal case
case dismiss immediately after 18 months, if party do not turn up- no consent- oppose. .
can't keep pending...
So ends in 19 months.
