sir, kindly tell me, I worked AS permanant clerk in District & Session court for 10 year. I resigned from there In Aug 2009 due to some family problem. Is there any chances of getting that job back. Can i file a mercy petition in Honble High cour or any service matter case for getting back that job. kindly

no . if you had changed your mind you ought to have with drawn your resignation before its acceptance .

you must be having good contacts in said court .join some advocate practicing in said district court as managing clerk and take freelance work from other advocates

You may apply for a new job depending upon your eligibility.
