In India for Partition of Property is governed by Transfer of Property Act, is applicable. M.H. State Collector or Tahasildar can not decide Partition of Land Application. Owner of Property agriculture land is dead all legal heirs must file application before Revenue officer to mutate their names in concern revenue record as legal heirs of deceased owner. Legal Partition takes place once Partition deed Registered by legal heirs in Registration office.
