Daughtre's right on land

my father in law has purchased 1 acr land in pune. he has expired. he has one son and 3 daughters. can my mother in law give this land only to son by making will?
NOC of my wife & 2 sister in laws is required or not necessary?

did your father in law leave a will bequeathing the land absolutely to your mother in law ? please clarify

Your wife is entitled to inherit 1/5 share in the said property and it is her sweet will either to relinquish her share or not and she cannot be forced for that.

On the death of your intestate father in law
the land has devolved equally upon his widow
sons and daughters and your mother in law can not pass on to her son anything more than 1/5th of that 1 acre land,the share she has.
