Is there any provision other than senior citizen to get faster disposal of cases at lower and/or high court of a civil suite especially ejectment suit? If yes, whats is that?

The court gives some relief to the senior citizens in some states for faster disposal.

No there is none.Not even for senior citizen
every where,however courts apply their discretion in this regard as and when requested.

Well in WB the courts does give preference to suit of senior citizens including the High Court matters.

That happens every but not under any enacted law.

Senior citizen has a right to claim for early disposal of the case and this request can be even made orally/
