Sir

After one and half year of retirement the defence department paid DCRG and after 1 year pension. Representation moved to pay interest on delayed payment of retinal dues The refused saying it your some delay on employee part so claim of interest on delayed retiral dues stands dismissed.
what is remedy now?

If delay is not attiributable to concerned employee, the employer is liable to pay interest fo the delayed payments..

When the forms of application for pension and gratuity were submitted, before or after retirement? If after retirement, how many months after the date of retirement and how many months after the application the gratuity, etc., was sanctioned?
