firstly offence u/s 323,504,506 ipc registered AS N.C.in which it is mentioned that golden ornament was missing, there after 392, ipc registered of same incident as private complaint in which it is stated that golden ornament was snached whether main tenable, pl tell any s.c. case law

Naik,

If aggrieved person noticed theft of Gold Ornament , with grev hurt, he is entitled to convert 323 to 326 to 392!!
WILL RUN SIMULTANEOUSLY
