DEAR SIR,
OURS IS 4 STORYED BUILDING WITH THREE FLATS IN EACH FLOOR. I AM RESIDING IN MY OWN FLAT IN SECOND FLOOR. THE THIRD FLOOR OWNER HAS GIVEN HIS FLAT TO A TENANT. SINCE FOUR MONTHS THE TENANT HAS BOUGHT A DOG WHICH IS GIVING US SLEEPLESS NIGHTS. HOW TO CONTROL THIS MENANCE.

Complaint to the owner of the flat and if society is there file complaint to the president of the society regarding nuisance

Talk to the tenant if he does not do anything then, complain to his landlord and the society's president / secretary to stop the menace.
