Is withdrawing case safe for wife ?

Hi,

A friend of mine is in matrimonial dispute from last 3 years. Now she is planning to go back to her matrimonial home, is it safe for her to withdraw all her cases from the court. Or will it create problems in future . How can she go back.

Later file compromise in court and withdraw.

Better to make a compromise in Lok Adalat which should be conditional on her part.

she better withdraw all cases that will help her in laws comfortable to admit her; if she finds things develop bad then she can move fresh divorce application, better settle in life, is ideal position.
