Whether 2nd wife is liable 2 b penalized u/s 494 of ipc

The 2nd wife herself has admitted in one of proceeding pending in JMFC Court, that during d solemnisation of her 2nd marriage she was aware of her husbands 1st wife n his 2 childrens, she further has admitted that her husband has not suppressed the material fact about his 1st marriage n childrens, n when d 2nd marriage was performed then 1st wife n 1st marriage was in existence, then d said fact is now revealed, so my grievance is this that whether that 2nd wife is liable 2 b penalised u/s 494 of IPC and whether FIR can be lodged against that 2nd wife
