Unki sehat se puchhiye varna aur kisi ko koi kanuni samsya nhi hai agar vo kisi kanoon ko na tod rhe hon. Haan marne ki noubat aane wali ho to fir jabardasti unka amarna anshan tudwaya ja sakta hai aur uneke virudh aatamhatya karne ki koshish ka mukdma chlaya ja sakta hai.

No. It comes under the fundamental right - freedom of expression. But if indefinite fast continues and there will be threat of life to the agitationist, the police may forciably take him away and feed him. Further, in rare occasions police arrest them on the grounds of Section 107/151 of cr.p.c. Move an application in the concerned police station informing (not seeking permission, as it will never come) them about the fast.
