Dear Sir,
We have filed cheating case aginst my wife under section 417 IPC.,becuase she cheated me,i have married one orphan girl from one of the Ngo,later i heard news my wife is having parents and everyone.,that day onwords disputed started between both of us.,they already filed MC case against me.,now they ready to come for settlement.,(Compromise)
My question is is there any chance to get my child(6 MONTHS GIRL) for my proecttion.,any key points in law to get my daughter to me.,as per law child should under mothers custody.,but here diffrent case.,as show cheating case shell we fight for my daughter?
Plz advise me.,i ll ready to do any thing for my daughter.,plz help me this case.

Getting girl child of such age is almost impossible to get. You can nevertheless can get chance to meet your child as per the order of the court.

agree with experts . your child is only 6 months old . custody will be given to mother
