dear sir

X was the owner of property , having 4 legal heirs (1 wife and 3 sons), in which one son is minor, after expired of X , how to get ownership rights in favour of mother

you have not mentioned whether X died intestate or whether he left any will .

if he has died without leaving a will property cannot be transferred in name of mother without consent of other legal heirs

If X dies intestate all would inherit him in equal share.

All other legal heirs shall have to make gift deed in favour of their mother but the problem shall arise in case of minor whose right without permission of court cannot be given to his mother.
