Sir,
I am planning to construct a house in my DC converted site.My question is that we can get plan approval done through BDA?

before carryoing out any construction permission of muncipal corporation is a must . your plans have to be sanctioned .

yes, u will have to get it approved by BDA.

No constructions is permissible in municipality AREA WITHOUT SANCTIONING OF THE BUILDING PLAN BY THE municipal BODY.

Constructions in cities and qasbas are regulated by authorities concerned such as town area ,municipal boards ,master plan authorities,or by urban area development authorities.so you need sanction from concerned authority.
