sir, in our will case second issue is whether testator had executed a valid will during his life time? if so, to what effect? in this issue the word "valid" means what in legal language.

it means whether will signed by testator . whether he was of sound mind at time of signing of will . whether will has been signed in presence of 2 witnesses
