ANY DOCUMENT EXECUTION BY LADY IF HER RIGHT THUMB IMPRESSION ID MANDATORY OR NOT?

for all registered documents thumb impression along with photo by web cam are taken to prevent frauds

not every document the thumb impressions are necessary if the excutant is educated and able to put her signatures.

but wherever it has been provided that the RTI are to be affixed then one has to.

Some departments like Property registration has made it mandatory.

However the same can not be enlarged to assume that no document which doesnot contain the same is invalid. What is your exact query.
