Hello Sir

My friend had got the Second marriage without intimation to first wife. than this second wife told for the some portion in this land. But my friend had to pay any thing to the second lady. Second wife has also a two children.

Tell me your suggestion in his case.

If first wife alive then the second wife have no rte to claim share. But both children have rigjt on it. If any prob with second wife the person should pay maintanance if she has no source of income for lead the life

During the life time of first time second marriage is invalid. Second wife has no right to claim any share in the property of the husband, but her children can seek share in the property of their father, but not in the ancestral property of the father. Second wife is entittle for maintenance.
