there are 3 separate cases filed by separate companies against accused . on conviction he has to serve punishment for each such offence one by one

Dear Mr.Sunil,

The three cases in the same court may proceed simulteniously or concurrently. It depends on the posting of the cases. As all the three cases bear a similarity, the judgement and punishment could also be the same,if proved.

Law is nothing but a common sense though it is not so common as is regarded common.

3 cases, 3 times crime with 3 different companies, separate 3 times punishment and 2 later punishments may be severe and examplory if brought to the knowledge of the court about punishment in one earlier similar type of case.

A professional criminal.....

If there are three different cases and three different judgements are passed in the same day it will run concurrently and so on.

Rightly advised.
