We submitted the detailed application to the commissioner office on 25th till now no action is taken they are telling us that they are forwarding and not giving further details.Our vehicle are still held up,please advise what further of steps we should take so that urgent action is taken by the police.This in continuation of the query which we posted on 25th and you all helped me.please udate what further we should do.

You have lost precious time. The complait should have been made immediately to thana and you are just writing appliction to Commissioner Office. wait till it comes down to SHO whom I expect you have not even met.

application was submitted by you on 25th . since 26th was republic day cops must be busy with security bondabust .
sendd further reminders . if no action is taken within week of complaint then engage a local lawyer and move court

It would have been better for you to post this subsequent query in the same thread but anyway......
You should send reminder to the commissioner and if no action thereafter is taken then make a complaint before the court under section 200 of criminal procedure code.

Has the FIR been registered?
1.If not
a.then file petition u/s 156(3)crpc before the Magistrate or
b. file petition u/s 482 crpc in the high court or
c. file petition u/s 226 in the high court.
2. If FIR is registered then move the Magistrate calling for Status Report from the concerned Police officer.

Do you have any idea, which court u have to proceed? where parties live??
Do u think all other experts are fools, that they only advise, and leave. Why other experts Do not invite Querist immediately??

You have to go to maharastra high court as crime was committed there???.
