Rti on societies

Hello Friends,

Every society (in the instant case Regd. School) has to convene its annual general meeting and its proceedings are mandatorily to be sent to registrar. Even audit report is also be sent to society.

In this connection, where to file RTI on the said society

a) Is to the Regtistrar office of City what has only one.
or

b) To a near by sub-registrar office of the society.

Please enlighten me
