Bullying

in the conference calls, one of the senior guy of the company has been using abusive language.it has been recorded in the companies' storage gadgets...for ex:

1. not meeting the targets means sending your wife to somebody else as u are impotent.
2.rogues...etc...etc...

we are very much pained as the total non performance can be attributed to the companies mischievious things...and no credibility....
we want to teach that senior guy a fitting lesson.

please suggest remedies.

a joint representation should be made by all employees working under the senior guy to the Mnaging Director of organisation .

request should be made to MD to take strict action against the said senior officer . copy should be forwarded to chairman and other directors of organisation

Dear sethi,

thanks for advice. we were sure that all the people who got offended wont rally round around this point as there will be threat for their job sooner or later if they complain. more over it is diffcult to organise them as all are located in different places.

please suggest me some legal remedies as i want to start this campiagn and wait for others to join.

better you may be post your query as,

i broken his teeth, since he is a senior officer he can revenge me, how can i face him?"

It is not possible to co-exist with two viz. dignity and service in the present case. Either forget service and take revenge by way of legal means or care for service and face such or similar abuses.

A determination is required for this purpose.

A defamation suit as well as criminal complaint is the remedy but after saying good by to the job.

Best way is to follow the advise of Mr.Sethi. collectively report to the top bosses of the company with evidence.

dear anonymous .

legal cases will take ages for final decision . by that time seniro guy may have reitred , witness untraceable .

you ought to draw attention of the MD /Chairman to conduct of the senior guy . the harm it is causing to organisation .

in addition legal case is expensive proposition . if all juniors are unwilling to join in let 2 or 3 junors raise this issue with MD .

if you have any contacts in press do use them .

Dear shroff ji,

many of us have been sailing with the co for a long time.i dont say its loyalty. one guy who left co for being unable to perform came back to co in admin capacity ( higher grade and played all sorts of nonsense ( exceeding his limits ) sent his bosses out of co.its sheer arrogance. co is now nose diving. but he has his berth reserved in another co for which he has been working as covert here.
my intention is to teach him a lesson. he is of the opinion that he is extremely intelligent. if we think in very balanced way, it suggests that always your style of advice is the best. now i too wanted disturb him .i want start fight on behalf of 60 people.
