dear expert,
can a mother give her property through gift deed to her two daughter my doubt is that can there be a one donor and two donee
Devajyoti Barman (Expert) 02 January 2012
If the mother is the owner of the property then she can gift her exclusive property to any persons she wishes.
The donees definitely need to accept the deed.

If the daughters are minors, the mother can on their behalf as the natural guardian accept the gift.
